Our Lessons

English & British Culture

Two-hour Online Group lesson
For intermediate to advanced learners of English

Brit Chat Club provides online English lessons which focus on interesting content. Each week you can learn about a new part of British Culture. One week you could be learning about famous holiday destinations in the UK, like the Cotswolds. The next week it could be great works of British art, like a Shakespeare play. Another week it might be the history of Britain, like the origins of Bonfire Night (an autumn festival).

All the lessons have a connection to British culture and include:

The opportunity to share what you might already know about British culture.

Learn something new about British culture through reading, listening or watching a video.

Learn new vocabulary connected to the topic.

Improve your speaking by discussing with your classmates and the teacher about what you’ve learned.

Lessons are two hours long and take place on Google Meet. To access the website make an account and buy credits to book a lesson. Group lessons are for adults (16+).
Please contact us if you have any queries or questions.

Online group lessons are one credit for a two-hour lesson.
